Alcon Canada is headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario and currently employs more than 220 people across the country, among a global workforce of nearly 13,000 associates. Our Canadian head office is home to our regulatory and government affairs staff, as well as our marketing and sales divisions.

Alcon Canada develops and markets eye-care products in three categories: pharmaceuticals, surgical devices, and consumer eye care products. Our range of products represents the strongest portfolio in the ophthalmic industry.
